Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the EasyAds site and promotion services. Signing up or purchasing a campaign means you accept them

  1. 1.The service

    EasyAds sets up and manages Google Ads campaigns on your behalf that promote videos and channels on YouTube. We are an ads management service, not part of YouTube or Google

  2. 2.Account

    You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for every action taken in your account. The service is intended for users aged 18 and over

  3. 3.Permitted content

    You may promote only videos you own or are authorized to promote, that comply with Google advertising policies and YouTube community guidelines. A campaign with prohibited, misleading or infringing content is rejected and the budget returns to your wallet

  4. 4.Estimates and results

    Every range of views, subscribers or reach shown on the site is a projection based on past campaigns. Actual results depend on the video, the audience and competition and are not guaranteed. We commit to spending the budget in a real campaign, not to a specific number of views

  5. 5.Prices and payment

    Prices are in ILS and include VAT as required by law. A management fee is deducted from the campaign budget and the remainder is invested in ads. Payment is made in advance through secure checkout or from your wallet balance. Wallet balance is not redeemable for cash except as described in the refund policy

  6. 6.Cancellations and refunds

    You can cancel a campaign as long as it has not gone live and receive the full budget to your wallet. After launch, unused budget returns to your wallet. Full details are in the refund policy

  7. 7.Liability

    The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of income or changes to Google and YouTube policies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant campaign

  8. 8.Intellectual property

    The site, the brand and the software belong to EasyAds. Your videos and content remain yours and you grant us permission to use them for the campaign only

  9. 9.Termination

    We may suspend an account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time. Wallet balance is handled according to the refund policy

  10. 10.Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction
